About me

Milan Babuljak is a Slovak software developer and educator focusing on virtual production, game technology, and advanced web systems. He is based between Slovakia and the Czech Republic. His work centers on computer graphics pipelines, interactive applications, and experimental hardware projects. He also develops community and infrastructure projects, including private wireless networks such as LoRaWAN deployments. Milan documents his technical research, hardware experiments, and software projects on his personal website, hiimmilan.dev. Professionally, he has worked as a web application developer, Unity/C# developer, and software engineering intern across commercial studios and technology organizations. His technical experience includes React and Vue.js front-end systems, Spring Boot backends, Dockerized deployments, real-time video streaming using WebRTC, RTSP, RTMP, and SRT protocols, and backend development in C# and PHP. His portfolio spans game development, distributed video platforms, enterprise tooling, and research-oriented software systems. Alongside industry work, Milan is active in technical education. Since 2023, he has been teaching at the High School of Information Technology and Gymnasium in Kysucké Nové Mesto, delivering courses in computer graphics, 3D modeling and rendering, cloud technologies, Java programming, game development fundamentals, databases, and C#. He has also served as a lecturer for Hemisféra, teaching game development, mentoring student teams, and participating in technology camps and national competitions. He holds Cisco IT Essentials and CCNA certifications and has received multiple awards in student technology competitions. His secondary-school graduation project was awarded “Technical Idea of the Year” by the University of Žilina. He has also completed Erasmus+ professional mobility in Ireland and participated in the OpenLab program.
